Provide strategic guidance to production, ad ops and content creators to maximize revenue. Collaborate with all local and corporate stakeholders, ensuring effective communications, timely responses and revenue goal achievement.

Responsible for all aspects of Barrington Broadcasting's 23 station web sites.
Drove strategy for news and vertical content, technology, sales and marketing.
Lead a team of 10 corporate and 45 local FTEs, coordinating communications and best practices among newsrooms, sales departments, general managers and technologists.
Grew sales, page views and audience engagement each month for 24 consecutive months.
Managed P&L, establishing monthly profitability for the division after six months with the company.

VP, Regional Sales
Internet Broadcasting

Responsible for overseeing and supporting approximately $65M of local web sales on behalf of our partner television stations. Identified and managed the implementation of several high-yielding advertising products in the home improvement, healthcare, real estate and automotive categories. Conceptualized and managed the implementation of a web-based sales packaging and processing tool to be used by more than 600 TV account executives across the country. Managed a team of Regional Sales Managers who consult TV stations and their sales teams on generating web revenue. Directed an ops team responsible for creating approximately 1000 customized sales packages and post-sale reports each month.
